Welcome Juha Kytölä to the VEO Board of Directors

We are delighted to announce that Juha Kytölä is joining the VEO Board of Directors. Juha has a strong background in technology and industrial management.

Juha has had a long and successful career at Wärtsilä, where he has held several key positions since his start in 1989. His experience spans various roles, and he has served Wärtsilä globally in product development and management-level positions. He has also led business operations as the Managing Director of Wärtsilä Finland.

Currently, Juha serves as the Director R&D and Engineering at Wärtsilä.

In addition to his career at Wärtsilä, Juha has been active in several board of directors. He has previously served as a board member for Merinova, Vacon Oyj, and chaired the Ostrobothnia Chamber of Commerce. Currently, he is the vice chair of the University of Vaasa and a board member of T-Drill Oy.

On a personal note, Juha is married to Anne and has two children, Aleksi and Laura, who both have their own families. In his free time, Juha enjoys boating, handcraft, and is curious about learning new skills.
