Drive applications

Our solutions include both common AC and common DC sectional drive solutions to control entire processes with multiple motors, and single drive solutions to control specific tasks.  

Both non-regenerative and regenerative solutions are available. Sectional drives and single drives are designed with our own certified VEDA switchgear structure as base, although single drives can also be delivered in other structures according to client requirements. Cooling methods include both air and liquid cooling. Our drive expertise is based on long experience and cooperation with leading frequency converter manufacturers.

Deliveries typically include preliminary design and dimensioning, switchgear engineering and manufacturing, as well as installation supervision, commissioning, and user training. The solutions we offer are based on products made by leading global manufacturers. This enables us to ensure the highest quality of maintenance and after-sales service within each of our areas of operation worldwide. The products are manufactured in compliance with the requirements of customer-requested classification societies such as DNV, LRS, ABS and RMRS, and other globally recognised bodies.
